How will a dislocated jaw heal plz advice?
Q. So I was chewing pizza and somehow I chewed wrong and I felt a crunch at the right jaw joint, its been two days and my jaw still hurts, Hurts when I chew, I think its dislocated or something, my question is: What did I do, and if it is dislocated slightly, how to I put it back in, I figure a 2 x 4 and a hammer but thats probably because Im a carpenter
A. Thats one way of doing it but its probably just out of alignment and should reposition itself in a few days! You may need to see a dentist if the jaw doesn’t realign for him to make a bite raising appliance to allow the joint to slide back into the right position.
