How to repair grinded teeth?
Q. Hi there i have always had a great smile untill i staryed grinding my teeth at night a few years ago. now my bottom right molars are much thinner, and my upper right side is worn far more than the other side causing a crooked effect. can this be repaired?
A. Yes this can but often requires relatively complex treatment to reestablish your correct funtion. Once this is done you need to wear a night time splint to protect your new teeth as the muscle emgrams( muscle memory) will likely keep you grining your teeth
