A. In cases where the bite has severely worn the lower jaw can habitually protrude. Resetting the bite in the correct alignment is often a time consuming process of testing your ability to change back to a normal alignment. The number of dentures required to do this and the final solution to the worn teeth ( extract vs fill vs crowns vs implants ) make a even a rough guide difficult. An NHS teaching dental hospital might do it free if you get a referral. Our practice would charge £1-2000 to rest the bite with a set(s) of teeth that aims to create stability but is not the definitive solution. Regards Rob 0121 643 0610
