How much would it cost for a silver or white gold crown?
Q. hi i was just wondering i was planning to have my tooth (one left of my canine on the right side of my jaw) fitted with a perminant white gold cap or silver. any idea how much this may cost thanks for your time.

Hi,
I have a crack in my tooth second from back bottom left. My dentist (who is lovely) has tried to help me out by lowering the tooth so the 2 either side take the pressure when I bite and has put some sort of coating over it. However, it is no better and I caanot eat on that side!! The next step in now either an extraction or root canal and crown!! I would want a white crown if I went with this option. I am 40 and don’t like the idea of being without my teeth BUT…..I am terrified of the moulds that are taken as I gag BIG TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also have very little money at the moment and feel this would be very expensive!! My bottom teeth have started to overlap with age and I am wonderong if I have this tooth extracted wuold my others move round to slightly close the gap that an extraction would leave?? Thank you
