Q. hello, i have a full upper denture which i cant stand. it doesnt fit and is loose. was wondering about mini impants. have been told i ll need about 4 2 hold denture. i dont have a lot of money but maybe could get a loan?? just wonderd how much it will be. plz dont say come for an appointment as i dont have the £60 or wot ever u charge just to see u.

A. It is likely tha tyou will need 4 implants to retain and stabilise  your denture.  The usual cost for this type of treatment is in the region of £7000.
