Q. Hello Again I wonder if you can give me some idea how much 4mini inplants top and botton dentured clicked on top and botton and stay? this was suggested to me. I am a 68year old
A. Mini implants don’t have the long-term track record of conventional implants but they are cheaper. In the lower arch it is generally recommended you should use 4-6 mini implants and the top 6. Retention of a denture is good but you will still need to remove the denture every day for cleaning.
