how much will vampire fang implants cost and can they bite though skin

Unfortunately we can not quote for vampire fang implants.

All teeth can bite through skin, if there is enough pressure, however, we would never recommend doing this!

You can get veneers done. The limiting factor is accomodating the increased size in the existing arrangement with the opposing teeth. Your jaw alignment would ned to be checked. Human jaw muscles need more freedom than a traditional fang arrangement provides and probably it is not a long term restoration , veneer fracture & debonding would be ongoing. However for an appearance that lasts a couple of years that could be replaced with conventional veneers, it is possible.
