I found them to be very professional and helpful. Yes the wait for the first set of trays was about 8 weeks, but I was told that at the beginning and so they managed my expectations well. I got used to wearing the trays quite quickly and the effects are now pretty noticeable, so being about halfway through my treatment I'm really chuffed!! Go for it .... I am currently undergoing treatment. I found them to be very professional and helpful. If you are still not satisfied then contact the General dental council. As an Invisalign dentist for over 5 years I have very happy patients. They pay up to 4000 GBP and that allows me to treat the full arches with refinement built in; so no unhappy patients. if you are not happy with the treatment required then write a complaint and ask for a reply. I have tried to find reviews on this clinic to see whether patients have been pleased with the treatment here but i can't seem to find anything. I'm worried that this might be a dodgy company, especially as the price they are advertising is soo cheap compared to elsewhere.
