How Can I Whiten My Naturally Yellow Teeth?

Hello i have yellow teeth and i have had it all my life as i can remember. I think thats my natural teeth colour. I was wondering if you would kindly direct me towards the best option for whitening my teeth. Because of this problem i hardly ever smile with my teeth. My sister’s teeth are not white either but when compared with mine they look really white. Please is there anything i can do to whiten them other than bleaching? Can you recommend anything that would be very effective? Also I would add that I use arm and hammer advanced whitening, do you think that would at all be useful for my teeth? Thank you in advance.

– a desensitising component
– buffered whitening gels containing Carbamide or Hydrogen Peroxide
– sequencing the strength of the whitening gels

‘whitening’ toothpastes in the UK do not contain any ‘bleaching’ agents so they will not change the colour of your teeth but they do contain agents that remove stains very effectively. The Arm&Hammer is a good product, an alternative to whitening is composite bonding or veneers.
