Q. Im 24 and in he last 5 months my gum has began to receed very quickly at the bottom in front of my bottom teeth, i went to the dentist and he told me as long as i kept brushing it should be fine but it is getting worse do you have any suggestions as to what it may be and how to stop it, the problem is making me very paranoid that im going to loose my teeth and i dont like smiling because i dont think they look very appealing please help.,
