How can I prevent my teeth from wearing down anymore?

Q.
My teeth seem to be wearing down. Its not terrible, but I’m getting worried about them because my enamel isn’t that great either. I just don’t want them to wear down anymore than they already have. Is there anything i can do to repair the wearing or reduce it in some way?
A.
You could ask your dentist to make you a biteguard this will help reduce you wearing them down anymore.

I am 63 years of age. My teeth(both top and bottom) are VERY even and strong. However, the enamel on my top teeth (SIX MIDDLE ONES) is “wearing” just below the gum line and becoming yellow and I wondered if bonding would be suitable.
