Hi I have got bone loss due to gum disease and now

Q. Hi I have got bone loss due to gum disease and now my front teeth move a bit. I have got two crowns on each side which seem to be moving also. Is it possible to save them and is it possible if the gum desease gets better, to have dental implants.

A. You may need to be treated by a specialist periodontist ( gum specialist) .  Even so the gum health may be too severe for treatment.  Implants should not be placed if there is active gum disease.  Once controlled they may be a possibility.
