Have I been given the correct advice in regards to wanting dental veneers?

Q. Hi, I have been to see 2 seperate dentists about getting veneers fitted. They have both said it is not possible as I have a lot of enamel loss and in taking away a layer of the tooth it may hit a nerve. I am still really keen to get veneers; can you please advise if what I have been told is correct? And if so if there is anyway around it? I look forward to hearing from you. Kind Regards,
A. You could consider Lumineers they are very similar to veneers but they have minimal tooth preparation. your only other option would be to have ceramic / porcelain crowns. I am happy to see you for a consultation please feel free to contact the clinic.
