Q. Hi Dr Moore, My brother in law has a tooth on the right hand side of his mouth at the front which overlaps another. He has been told by his Dentist that he can not have the extra tooth removed as the roots are too deep into the gum. Is this definately the case, or is there any chance it could be safely removed.
