Does Invisalign have to move all your teeth even if you do not want a particular tooth moved?

Q. Hi Dr. Rob Tennet, My left bunny tooth is a crown and the original bunny tooth was aligned correctly. However, the crown is not and I am planning to replace the crown after Invisalign treatment. I also do not want the Invisalign to move the crown to prevent it from becoming loose. (1) Does Invisalign have to move all your teeth even if you do not want a particular tooth moved? (2) If you see that your Invisalign trays are purposely moving your crown and the post breaks, should your dentist be responsible? Thank you for your time. I greatly appreciate it.

A. It should be possible to avoid moving individual  teeth providing that is is stated in the origional plan and you accept comprimised final result. In my opinion the liabilty is also partly related to the origional details agreed.
