Q. I am due to begin work for a full upper denture on 17/11 due to the loss of all byt 4 of my upper teeth. This was due to
gum disease causing bone loss, passed down from my parents! My dentist tells me that an implant to fix a denture in would not stay put due to bone loss? Is this correct? Glad I found this site, and someone to answer my question, thank you!
A. Implants can usually be placed but you may need bone grafting to increase the amount of bone available
