Does baking soda make your teeth white
Q. does using baking soda instead of toothpaste help whiten teeth better?
A. Please do not use baking soda to try and whiten your teeth. The only effect it will potentially have is to remove surface stain from your teeth. True whitening of your teeth requires a chemical containing hydrogen peroxide - again please do not use toilet bleach as this will do you considerable harm. The best way to whiten your teeth effectively is to see a dentist who will make sure the correct products and procedures are used.
