Do you need to wear dentures before exploring the options of implant

Q. Hi, I have had my lower teeth extracted but am not getting along with the temprary dentures provided. Do you need to be an established denture wearer before exploring the option of fixed implant dentures?

A. No, you might need to let the tissues heal, but I would look into the implant option as soon as you can.
