do you have to pay for cosmetic dentistry up front

Q. Hi, i was just wondering about the payment plans i am 20 and made alot of mistakes in the past with credit (im paying everything off now) so have a very bad credit raiting but would desperately love to get cosmetic dentistry done as i have a 5month old son but due to low confindence have no pictures of us together, i had a skating accident when i was younger which has left me with bad teeth but my dentist is not able to help & money is very tight so i just dont have the money to pay for cosmetic treatment up front. im just so desperate for some help, thank you,

A. Payment plans generally go through finance companies so your credit history is assessed. However if you are keeping up on your repayments and can show you are able to pay the extra monthly amounts you should get the loan.  Just dont overstretch yourself and make sure you find the right treatment to suit you.

i have bone sticking out of my gum, i have already had it filed down, but still it is the same and very sore ,its at the back ,bottom left side of my mouth. and i am worried.i thought my dentist would have x-rayed it. Would there be anything wrong with my jaw ,as i was hurt years ago, my jaw is now crooked. will the dentist have to remove this bone some way to give me pain relief? My mum had cancer in her mouth, it started out ,only to be ulcers, and so that is why i worry.can you answer any of my questions?

Dear Enquirer, You must go back to your dentist and have the area thoroughly examined. Please do not worry, the chances that you have cancer are probably very low, but there’s probably a very simple explanation for your discomfort. Regards

i have a large lump in my upper gum where the dentist is preparing the tooth for a crown. i Have had annestheic at this point and it was after this initial treament that this lump arrived. please tell what i can do and reassure me that it is not cancer related. i have never had this problem before. i have tried to burst this lump with a pin (clean) and at that time a minute amount of fluid came out. thank you

The most likely cause for the lump is a dental abscess related to the tooth root. A Xray will help confirm a diagnosis. Cancer is unlikely with the cause and effect history of the lump. Regards

I’m wondering if broken rotted teeth to the point that they had to be pulled out could it cause a person to get caner?
