Do dentures (or implants) look like real teeth. I don’t want to look like a grandma!

Q. I’m afraid that I kneed dentures or implants but I want them to look as natural an real as possible,I don’t way to look like a grandma after all I’m 32yrs old .,
A. If done properly then they can look as natural as possible. You may need bone grafting to create a natural gum line. if you have lost a substantial amount of bone
