Q. Can dental implants replace a bridge? J

A. Dear J

Dental implants are our gold standard way to replace missing teeth, it is like having a new tooth. Bridges rely on you having a tooth either side of a missing tooth and the new tooth is supported off them. Because implants work independently of your teeth they are much stronger.
