Q. Hi I’m going to be 20 in a couple of months time but I have overbite of about 6-7mm. I had braces when I was younger but my treatment was never completed and my teeth have since shifted again and now need a brace to re-straighten them, but my overbite is the problem that concerns me the most as it’s horribly noticable to me. Would the Herbst appliance with Damon braces be the best treatment for me? If so, which orthodontic surgeries offer the Herbst? I live in Kent, so travelling to London wouldn’t be a big problem.
