Q. I need to have a few teeth replaced and I am considerng implants. On of the implants will support some bridge work and I am considering going abroad to have this done at a reasonable price. I live in central London what are my options

When choosing implants I would stick to a “big company” implant system. It is unlikely to go broke or be bought up & changed by a competitor. You might need to get components supported in the future.
Astra, Nobel Biocare, Straumann are examples there are at least 5 other global companies.
If going abroad try to get a personal recommendation.
It is probably worth shopping around the UK for prices the prices seem reasonable to final costs of flying around europe. Also if you need additional review appointments it is a lot easier to fit into a schedule.
Some clinics such as ours will provide a free intial consultation with a Dentist to asses suitability.
