What Would The Cost Be Of Closing A Gap and Straightening A Tooth?

Monday, January 7th, 2013
Q.

I have a gap inbetween my 2 front teeth an a twisted fang. Would you say this was a simple straightness of teeth or a more complicated.
I have had the gap all my life but would really like it closed. The twisted fang is not bothering me as much but if I could get them both done that would be ideal.
Is there a price range depending on if I just get the gap closed or will it be pretty much same price for both gap and fang. I Look forward to reading your response, Thanks

Which treatments are likely to fix misaligned teeth due to thumb sucking?

Wednesday, October 31st, 2012
Q.

Hi doctor, my problem is that as a young child I sucked my thumb and now at 24 I have a very noticeable curve at the front of my teeth . Would there be any treatments that I could haVe to get my teeth straightened out and how much would it likely cost me? I have very healthy teeth apart from this a few fillings and i have had them whitened, I take care of them because I am very aware of this curve and would just love to have a nice straight smile . Could you please give me some advice, thank you in advance

Will braces fix my lisp? I can’t find the answers I’m looking for online!

Friday, July 20th, 2012
Q.

I have a lisp and it is very noticeable. Whenever I hear a recording of myself speaking, I feel awkward.

My teeth, I’ve noticed that the whole left side of my bottom row teeth (starting after both two front bottom teeth) are straight. And then, on the right side is not. It just seems to have shifted position. And the right side is where me lisp is.

My top row kinda looks weird too but I’m not really sure.

Whenever I say “S” or “C’ or any other letters that sound like that, my mouth shifts to the right side.

I was wondering, what will fix this?? Will braces? Cause I’ve been looking into them and no where online has given me sufficient facts about it.

Any Answers??

How can my crossbite be improved without costing so much?

Thursday, June 28th, 2012
Q.

I have suffered with TMD for several years, jaw pain, neck pain etc. I have tried various treatments but have now finally seen a orthodontist who specialises in TMJ. I am having a device made to help ,move my jaw into position but been advised that this will only be a short term solution and I will need my bite fixing, I have a crossbite, narrow upper and lower jaw amongst other problems. this involves another device to stretch my upper and lower jaw to make room for my teeth which are overcrowded particularly on the bottom. The cost will be around £9,000 which is worrying me. Can I get my bite improved without going to such expense. The cause of my jaw problem is my poor bite which has also caused me to clench my teeth. At the moment I am so desperate to sort my TMD out I am happy to pay the initial cost for the jaw device but the rest seems excessive. I have been told I will also require an MRI scan which will I will have to pay for.

Now, My front two teeth hv got less than 1.5 mm gap and same on right and left ( leaving 3 teeth from the front each side ( This is the best I can describe) Rest are all perfectly alligned. Please suggest me best treatment possible. I was htinkign to go for Invisalign Lite?? Can you also inform me the cost of treatment.

I wish I could send u my picture. People around me says that I really don’t need any treatment / they can barely spot the gap unless I show them.

My bottom teeth are crowding again even though i wear a retainer, what can I do?

Friday, June 24th, 2011
Q.

Hi, I was just wondering if you could help me.
About 5 years ago I had braces for both my top and bottom teeth. After having my brace removed, I had to wear a retainer until my dentist told me otherwise. However over the last 2 years, on the bottom the first 6 teeth have begun to twist and move slightly back. It’s beginning to get really noticeable, and I’m just worried that it’s going to get worse as time goes on.
I’m 18 and in full time education, and was just wondering how much it would cost or if it would cost anything to get them sorted?

Thank you.

I don’t know which brace treatment is the best for me, what do you recommend?

Friday, June 17th, 2011
Q.

I am told I qualify for all types of braces. I am most interested in Lingual braces – realistly whats the absolute cheapest I could get these for?

I have about 2.5K max…! Should I settle for a standard brace?

Also are they as effective as other braces. I work in sales so would prefer a clear brace. So confused as if you look on the internet it quotes so many different prices.

Please help.

I am looking for a Hollywood smile, are they available on a payment plan?

Monday, May 16th, 2011
Q.

Good evening, I’m based in the Bristol area, and; I’m looking to get a hollywood smile.
I’m an actor/model and I know I’m missing out on roles and castings because of my teeth.
I’d like to know the lowest monthly payment plan for cosmetic dentistry.

I would need re-allignment/straightening/braces extraction, veneers and most likely white fillings.

I realize it’s hard for you to answer my question without a consultation, but I would prefer to know how much a monthly plan would be, so I know whether I can afford treatment- and avoid wasting your time.
Sincerely,
