I’d Like To Perfect My Smile Before I Go To University But I Don’t Want Metal Braces. What Are My Orthodontic Options?

Tuesday, November 26th, 2013
Q.

Hi, my two front teeth have a tiny gap in between them and my two canines are also slightly higher than I would like (this is due to the fact that when I was younger my canines came in while I still had my baby teeth, I had two white lumps above my teeth when they started growing and although my teeth were a bit wobbly I basically had to pull them out). Is there any way I could fix my teeth without the full metal braces? I wondered about getting an Inman aligner, however I was not sure whether it would help pull down my canines. The problems I mentioned are not severe and my teeth are not terribly high however I would like to perfect my smile. I really do not want metal braces as I am going to university soon and do not want to start off with braces. I was wondering if that doesn’t work if there is anyway to just pull my teeth down? Please help :)

I’m Unsure Which Braces Are More Suitable For Me. Invisalign Or The Inman Aligner?

Thursday, November 7th, 2013
Q.

Hello Dr Moore, I hope you can help me with my query. I have the choice to use Invisalign or Inman aligner. My dentist has explained that Inman aligner is only for the front teeth which is my biggest concern. But he has pointed out that my upper teeth behind my k9s don’t run how they should but instead curve into my mouth if you understand what I mean. I was wondering whether Invisalign has the ability to pull back teeth towards my cheeks therefore correcting this problem? I’d be grateful for any information you can provide.

What Is The Fastest Way To My Straighten Teeth Under 3000? Which Method Is The Safest?

Monday, October 28th, 2013
Q.

I would like to know what’s the fastest way to straighten my teeth under £3000. I only have one tooth my lateral incisor that I worry about. Do I need braces on all my teeth or just that one? Or is there any other method? Which method works the best, and which method is the safest? What method latest the longest? Are there any things I should stay away from? What about whitening teeth? Even more what type of method do actors and actresses receive? I hope you can help me, Dr Gambroudes.

I Want The Perfect Smile, What Is The Best Way I Can Achieve This?

Tuesday, September 17th, 2013
Q.

Hello, most of my teeth are straight (Apart from one tooth which the bottom of the tooth very, very slightly overlaps the tooth next to it. Nobody notices it but I do and know it’s there) and not very discoloured, however I want ‘The perfect smile’ so I have been considering having Lumineers for a while now but was just wondering two things.
1. How much roughly am I looking at spending for a full set (I know it will vary from person to person) but just a rough figure.
2. Can you choose how white you want them? As I would want them white, white.
I hope you can help me with these questions.
Hope to hear from you soon, Kindest regards.

I’d Like Straight Teeth But I’m Not Sure About Braces, What About This New Aerodentis Treatment?

Tuesday, September 3rd, 2013
Q.

Hi, I was just wondering if you have ever heard of Aerodentis? I would like to have straight teeth but really do not want to get a brace! I have been looking at lingual braces but I’m not sure I could afford them. Also the inman aligner, which is much more affordable but still not really suitable! I’ve read that it’s quite bulky and I don’t think I would have the confidence to wear it whilst at work or generally out and about. Aerodentis looks like a really good option but there’s very little information about it online! I would just like to know if it works, the overall length of treatment and how much it costs and if you have ever come across it before? Thanks, this would really help me.

Can you tell me about the Inman Aligner?

Monday, July 22nd, 2013
Q.

Hi, I would like to know something about the Inman Aligner. I have crowding on my upper front four teeth, and I’ve researched the inman aligner and decided to see if it would fit my situation. My question is would I still be able to get one if I’m missing my upper left 4th molar? I recently had it pulled because of biting something too hard. It was one of my permanent molars, and I’ve noticed in pictures of the Inman aligner that it wraps around one of those molars. I really want fast treatment and this seems perfect, I’m just concerned I won’t be able to because of my missing 4th molar. Please tell me what you think and other suggestions if possible! Thank you!

How Would I Close Up The Gap Between My Front Teeth?

Friday, June 28th, 2013
Q.

hello, i have pretty straight nice teeth with abit of an overbite and a small gap between my front two teeth. im not really fussed about my overbite but i was just wondering what sort of price i would be looking at to close up my gap. as i am only 20 years old and when i was younger i couldn’t get it through the NHS or the royal marines, i was also wondering if it could be paid monthly instead of a one off cheque?  i understand that some private cosmetic practices do offer financial plans so am intrigued as to how they work and in what amounts. hope you can advise me. hank you.

How Can I Straighten My Single Crooked Tooth?

Tuesday, May 28th, 2013
Q.

Hello, out of all my teeth I have one tooth at the front that is a bit crooked and I want to have it straightened. Although I don’t want to have to go through the whole process of having braces just for this one tooth because its not worth it. Do you know if there are any other options I could take just to straighten this one tooth? It is at the front of my mouth and all of my other teeth are absolutely fine which is why i want to get this one seen too. if you know any treatments that i could straighten it without going through too much hassle that would be great. Thankyou.

Can My Teeth Be Quickly Straightened Without Braces?

Thursday, March 28th, 2013
Q.

Hello Doctor

I would like to ask you a question, basically the situation is this. I have got front tooth which is little band and a few millimetres out. Overall though it is healthy tooth. However the problem is that it is quite visible thought when I open my mouth because it is right upfront and  I would like to ask you if it possible to straight it out without any braces and something can be done immediately. It is knocking my confidence somewhat and I’m just getting a bit sick of it really. Can you also let me know approximately the cost of the procedure? and the length of the procedure

Thank you.
