I have a bridge at the front and considering having it replaced with a whiter colour and having my teeth bleached. Im worried it will make my teeth too sensitive and i wont b able to keep up with bleaching when nec. do u have any advice i’d b v grateful. Thank you.

My dentures are uncomfortable how mucg would a full mouth of dental implants cost

I have had false teeth from age of 16 age now 45 i am finding dentures very uncomfortable on bottom they keep slipping i was at dental hospital years ago and they thought i would need implants in year to come how much would it cost for a full mouth of dental implants what is involved time wise thanks

Hi, i am nearly 19 years old and ever since i can remember i have had very bad teeth. one of my from teeth has a wierd stain on and the rest are yellow, also there is so much plaque i dont know what to do. i always brush my teeth but it isnt helping, i cant even smile to people and i cant talk to people as i dont want them to see my teeth. they make me sick and i need help as i cant go on living my life, hiding from talking to people. please, if there is any way i can have a perfect white smile, tell me! thankyou for your time. Veneers or zoom2 teeth whitening for a smile lift ?

Hello Dr Safeer, i am considering cosmetic dental surgery possibly veneers, or the zoom2 whitening system. To be honest i have thought about this for about 4 or 5 years now but always put if off because my teeth are actually not that bad. i guess i just want that extra lift a perfect smile has to offer. i need some advise regarding which procedure i should go for, as i don’t want to spoil my existing teeth.. please help. thank u. I want to straighted my teeth should I get invisalign or train tracks?

Hi there, I am 32 years old and really want to straighten my teeth. I have all of my own teeth except for the one that comes after the corner incisor on the right side of my mouth which was extracted when I was 9 years old. The dentist said my jaw on the right side was too small for the size of my teeth so he pulled it out. He gave me two braces, but they didn’t really do much. As a result, because of having an extra tooth on the left, the front six teeth are slanting over to the right. My teeth look normal on the left side when I smile but not normal on the right side. The wisdom tooth on the right side is down, bacuse there was room after the extraction, but on the left side, because of the extra tooth, the wisdom tooth is not fully down. I have a bit of overcrowding on the bottom front but my jaw appears to be straight. Can invisalign work for my teeth or should i get train tracks? Thanks, A

Dental implants on denture in Cyprus or Saudi Arabia

I have worn a top denture for over 30 years and have only 7 front bottom teeth and one back one, so my bite is not very good, I would like to have implants to the top or if I am not suitable maybe a implant supported denture, my problem is where to go to get them done as I live in Saudi Arabia but also have a home in Cyprus, could you recommend the best place for cost and timescales. regards P

Veneers chipped and cracked twice after treatment what do I do?

My daughter has had veneers fitted twice on her two front teeth because of antibiotics when a baby. The first time the veneers were fitted they chipped at the edges and one cracked. She has had them replaced again and one of the veneers has cracked. The first veneers chipped and cracked almost immediately. The second time the veneer cracked after about three weeks. My daughter is not sure whether to ask for her money back and go to a different dentist or let the existing one attempt the veneers for a third time. What do you think the problem is?
