Hi
my four front teeth are big in size and immediate next tooth in both the sides of front tooth is inner which means not clearly visible. So whenever i laugh or smile widely oly the front tooth s visible which looks very awkward and i dont smile infront of others. I m 27 year old. Is there any way to fix this except braces. Bcoz i m getting married in couple of months. Is there any possibility to fix this before that.
Also i want to know is there any way to reduce the length of front teeth.please reply asap.
Thanks in advance

My Teeth Are Slightly Awkward, What Is The Best Procedure For Me?
Friday, May 24th, 2013My Overall Dental Health Is Poor And I Would Like To Know If I Can Get Free NHS Treatment?
Wednesday, May 22nd, 2013hello im 18 and i’ve had trouble with my teeth for 12 years now i’ve had many teeth taken out when i was young now my teeth are turning, i have a gap in the middle of my two top teeth and and holes in my molars that have been fillled in many times. Despite this though it all just sinks back in the teeth and consequently i have developed a lisp and get major headaches as my jaw is out of place by half a centimeter. It’s all quite distressing and I need to get it sorted out because it’s destroying my confidence and I can’t stand having pain and awkwardness all of the time. Basically I was wondering whether you know if I could get dentures free from the NHS?
How Should I Deal With My Protruding Canines And Small Laterals?
Tuesday, May 21st, 2013 Hello I was wondering what could be done about my canines because they stick out and also my laterals because there smaller than my other teeth , like there not the same size. My laterals are small and when I smile I feel very embarrassed. I also wanted to know if I get my teeth whitened is it a long term thing or will they turn yellow again? The rest of my teeth are the same length accept my laterals and they look
odd I’m 16 years old and having a nice smile would mean a lot to me. I cant smile without feeling ashamed of my teeth. So it’s affecting my confidence really badly and at the minute being a teenager it’s becoming a bit too much of an issue to just ignore.

Should I Ask My Dentist For Dental Implants?
Thursday, May 16th, 2013Hi Dr Butt. I was wondering if you could help me with something? A few years ago I had a bottom molar removed and the one next to it was removed a few months after. Since then I’ve had a large gap there and nothing has been suggested to fill it, my dentist has never recommended anything. I’ve been looking into dental implants because I feel like my jaw on that side is slipping slightly due to no support. Do you think I need dental implants? Or am I being a little drastic? As I said my dentist has said nothing about the gap, I thought maybe a partial denture? But I am looking for something more permanent. Can you have implants to replace two teeth? I was led to believe it was for a whole row? Thanks.
Do My Loose Teeth Really Need To Be Extracted?
Wednesday, May 15th, 2013Hello, I was wondering whether you could help me – my mam has been told by her dentist that she has to have three of her front lower teeth removed as they are loose. My question is whether it is always the case that loose teeth have to be removed? I mean, these are her front teeth so this is quite significant news. I used to visit the same dentist and he told me that my two back lower teeth would have to be removed as they were too badly damaged to save following the removal of impacted wisdom teeth, however, when I visited another dentist for a second opinion I was told they could be saved with root canal treatment so you can understand my worry. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
How Should I Tackle The Gap Between My Incisors?
Tuesday, May 14th, 2013Hello Dr, I am 34yrs old female.I will describe my most problematic area which is my top row only, please tell me what is the best option for me. I have the widest gap between my two central incisors. I can fit a pen through this gap. My right lateral incisor is missing, it has always been like that I did not do an extraction. My left lateral incisor position is occupied by a small baby tooth, strange but true . Do you think a snap on smile would be right for me and what cost will I be looking at ? Am only asking about the top row. I have never smiled in public or photo,I would like to get married and smile in my wedding photos, can you help please?
My Teeth Are Moving Forward Again, Which Type Of Brace Should I Get?
Monday, May 13th, 2013Hi Dr, I used to have bracket braces years ago, my teeth had straightened however my front upper two teeth have gradually come forward since and I feel that they stand out which I don’t like. It has really annoyed me since I thought I was done with the whole braces thing but more so it’s started to knock my confidence again. I don’t want to be spending too much money just to get those teeth fixed, I want to get the right braces for what I need to be fixed in terms of teeth straightening. will you advise on which options I should be looking at?
