Would Lofepramine have any affect on sedation for treatment at the dentist?

Hi, i have just seen my dentisr and she has told me i need a surgical extraction as the gum has grown over the hole. she has sugested sedation. I take Lofepramine 70mg1 at night would that affect the affects of sedation?

My top jaw hurts and I have crooked teeth, what treatment do you advise?

I am 32 year old female. My teeth are extremely crooked, yellow and worn down because of grinding. I often have pain in my top jaw. Will I have to have braces or what else can be done. I do not like the idea of a bridge because I feel that plaque can still easily get under the bridge and the less apparatus I have in my mouth the better.
