I need your help regarding P.A.D.laser disinfection for tooth
infection and will be very grateful for your assistance .
I had unsuccessful root canal treatment in a private clinic few months ago and have been referred to see NHS endodontist which did not offer any eficient help either.
I am trying to find laser photo-activated disinfection treatment in London as alternative option.
Do you know which clinic in London is offering such a treatment and is it going to cure chronic infection.

I have had a metallic taste on the front of my tongue and a dry upper pallette since Early Dec 2010. I can alleviate this during the day by chewing gum, but can’t do this at night when I need to sleep.. I suffer from recurring sore throats but don’t currently have one. My GP has reviewed my blood tests and they all came back normal. I did have a root canal work done in Oct 2010 and finished it off with a crown on Nov 2010. The crown is ceramic. A seperate dentist told me that there was nothing wrong with the work done. Where do I go from here

I’ve reached a stage of my life where my teeth are affecting all of my life, I’m far too scared about talking to anyone about this and I haven’t visited a dentist in about 6 years as I had a tooth extraction and I hated it.
I hate my teeth, I have to alter my smile so that people can’t see the tops of my teeth as some of them have cavities in the front of them, I recently lost a tooth and it’s now a black stub, 3-4 of my front teeth have decay between them that is noticable if I smile more than I should and if Im not eating or drinking I can sometimes taste the decay in my teeth, I hate it.
I dread meal times and scared of my girlfriend finding out, Im only 21 and this is ruining my life, I have no idea what to do
I have gum disease, is there any treatment for this?

I have gum disease with my teeth becoming loose and I have lost several of them. I am also susceptible to abcesses. My dentist reccomends nothing but visiting the hygienist and using Corsydyl paste and mouthwash, which I do, but the problem is not improving. Is there any cosmetic or surgical treatment I can have to improve this problem?
