Cannot afford dental implants in London can I go abroad is it safe

Q. I cannot afford implants in London and would you say it is safe to go abroad

 

A. I have concerns regarding treatment abroad. The problem is if things go wrong. What are the legal positions of these various countries, what rights do non- nationals have, if extra treatment is required who will cover the extra costs - including the airfare and accommodation.

Many practices within the UK will offer financial packages to help you spread the costs I would recommend this option rather than go for a cheap option.
