Can you tell me why tooth nerves die can i do anything to strengthen them
Q. Hi, can you tell me why tooth nerves die, (resulting in a tooth canal) is there a reason? and can I do anything to strengthen them so that it doesn’t happen in the future. Thanks
A. The nerve of a tooth can die for a number of reasons, the most common are, after a deep filling or crown and after trauma to a front tooth. Proper oral hygiene procedures and brushing with flouride tooth paste will strengthen the teeth and hopefully prevent dental decay. Wearing a gum shield will help prevent trauma during sports to the front teeth
