Can you tell me the difference between various implant crowns?
Q. Hi, could you let me know the difference between full porcelain, porcelain fused to metal, porcelian fused to gold crowns on an implant ,in terms of appearance, and full cost’s of these options. thank you steve hawkins,
A. Normally porcelain fused to metal crowns are used on implants although at the front of the mouth all porcelain crowns can be used.As a general rule all porcelain crowns can be more expensive as the post attached to the implant is normally made from a more expensive material call Zirconium
