Can you suggest how to stop teeth clenching?

I have a problem with clenching my teeth. This has caused problems with my jaws. I wear a mouth guard at night, but I also find myself clenching during the day. I often have severe headaches which I attribute partially to the clenching. Any suggestion to keep me from doing so. Also, I believe my lower canine teeth are being pushed back.

Maybe you should consider some corrective treatment for your bite. This can sometimes be done by adjusting your teeth shape or orthodontic treatment. I’d go and have a consultation with a dentist that understands a lot about the bite and jaw problems to discuss some options. Finding ways to relax and reduce stress in your life often also helps
