Dear Enquirer,
I never make suggestions to improve the health/ integrity of my patients’ teeth based on the cheapest price. I understand that everybody nowadays is concerned about the cost of goods, but good quality dentistry that lasts a long time is a worthwhile investment.
If I recomended a cheaper option to you, it may involve treatments where I need to shave some part of the tooth away in order to place a porcelain veneer on a tooth, whereas if you have a short term brace treatment, which may cost you more, then you can preserve your natural tooth tissue. I hope you can now understand that you need to see a dentist and ask for all the options with the costs and pros and cons of each treatment before you make a decision.
I hope this helps,
Sunita
