Can you name an alternative to zinc fri amalgam filling material?

Im asking about the periapical surgury.
Which type of retrograde filling can i use insteadd of zinc fri amalgum, “the best prognosis”.
And what called the dye taht used for identifying the ckracks in the roots.

hi,
a small portion of tooth was chipped off, |Dr. did filling with tooth color material. this filling came out second day. then Dr. did filling with amalgum. Is it safe to have amalgum filling.
As per the documents available online, it indicates that it very dangerous to have amalgum filling as this causes many health problems, even kidney couldbe affected.
Pl. advice, is it better to remove this filling and get tooth color filling again.

How safe is metallic cap. is there any harmful effects of metallic cap also.
