Can you immediately put in mini implants after tooth extraction?

Q. Hi I would like to know if you can put mini implants in at the same time you make an extraction? Also instead of using the mini implant to hold dentures in place, would it be possible to put crowns (one single tooth on each implant) for like six in a row and if it is possible how much cheaper would it cost than regular implants. Thanks,
A. Best to look at the whole picture, quality quantity and position of bone, where the new teeth should be etc. Generally you can’t use a mini implant to take the load of a functional crowned tooth. However standard implants can carry bridges which reduces costs 2 implants four teeth 6 implants 10 teeth etc etc. Take a free initial consultation with us or a similar dental practice, this way you can get advice on the best treatments to suit your particular needs.
