See a Hygienist or gum specialist first then when everything has resolved and the gums are stable consider dental implants.

i have 2 implants the gum to one side on 1 of the implants has not grown into the gap and is receeding. what can be done?
I would suggest you go back to the Dentist that fit the implant. If that’s not possible, than any Cosmetic Dentist should be able to give you more information after looking at the problem.
