The first of these options would be a partial acrylic denture, which would cost £198 (NHS) and from around £275 (private). The second option would be a bridge, which would involve the preperation of either one or both of the teeth adjacent to the gap. The dentist would then take an impression of the prepared teeth, before a bridge could be made at the laboratory. The cost for this bridge would be £198 (NHS) or from around £350 (private). The final option would be a dental implant, which would involve an implant being placed into your bone. Once the implant had integrated, a permanent crown would be made to attach to the implant. The cost for a dental implant including the crown will vary between practitioners, but I currently charge from £2100 for ths service.
