Can you add a tooth to valplast partials?

Q. Over the years I have been to numerous dentist, one drilled 2 screws into my gum to replace a crown with no novicaine, the other dropped an xray card down my throat with a dam over my mouth. I have valplast partials and was told that teeth cannot be added to it. It is an upper tooth that may need to be pulled. Can you add a tooth to valplast partials. Thank you,
A. Flexible dentures do not take additions well, often the result is short to medium term only and not good value compared to starting again and retiring the first denture as a spare. Rob

Yes provided there is enough acrylic near to the addition site. A technician may be able to develop an existing denture to allow for this
