Q. I recently had my front tooth extracted about 8 months ago because when I was a child a root canal was done on my tooth incorrectly. After different techniques and surgery my dentist said the tooth couldn’t be saved because it was to far gone. I was laid off my job and lost my insurance. I currently have a fake pull out tooth that I hate! I hide it from my husband and family because I am embarassed. I can’t afford to continue the procedure for an implant. What can I do? Is there any information you can give me to help me? Thank you.
A. Im afriad dental implants are only available privately. Consult an NHS dentist to find out what is available on the NHS, as it differs depending on your case.
