Can teeth crown be filed down to reduce in size?

Q. Hi, I had a chrown done yesterday on the upper part of my teeth. on the inside(back) of the chrown looks rather big compaired to the other tooth on the otherside. can chrown teeth befiled down to match the other side. thanks

A. Yes is could be adjusted but wait for a few weeks as it may settle in.
