Q. Can mini implants be used for a single tooth replacement on the upper jaw, how much do they generally cost, & is there any locations in Delaware (Wilmington) that does this procedure. I do not have any dental insurance but have a tooth missing in the front of my mouth so i feel i need to get a replacement that is permanent, do you have any other inexpensive or less expensive suggestions for this?
