can lumineers straighten my teeth

Q. my wisdom teeth have pushed my teeth forward and now one of them is out of line. do you think lumineers could make them straight again? should i send a picture of them?

A. Lumineers cannot straighten teeth. They are thin layers of porcelain that are placed on the front of your existing teeth to change colour and shape but give a good result in only very specific cases.

The other two options you have are Veneers and Orthodontic treatment. Orthodontic treatment is ideal as it is non invasive. If you would not consider a brace then Veneers may be possible. All of the cases in my portfolio http://www.umbrellasmiles.com/portfolio.html have been straightened utilising porcelain Veneers.

To see if you are a suitable candidate for Veneers I recommend that you book in for a consultation with a Cosmetic Dentist. If you would like to explore into the different braces available, then I recommend booking in for an orthodontic consultation.
