Can I use teeth whitening bleach overnight

Q. Hi I gave up smoking 30 ciggys a day over a year ago and lost 3.5 stone. I have had my teeth checked and all ok. I purchased the new braun oral b tooth brush, and also had a set of trays made so i can bleach at home. I have 2 questions ? Firstly i want to be able to use a bleach over night while i sleep what %? would you advise i use? And secondly how often?

A. We usually decide the answer to suit the individual patient’s teeth. You would need a check up. The person dispensing the gel should be able to tell you. Be very careful what active ingredient of the gel you use is. It might seem obvious but don’t use domestic bleach as it would be very harmful for example.
