Can I have mini implants to secure denture?

Q. I had dentures fitted approx 7months ago by the nhs, could I have these dentures fixed in place with mini implants and have you got an approx price. Thank you,
A. Thanks for your question, in the majority of cases, it is possible to use your existing denture after you have had mini implants placed.
