Can I have implants to support two missing teeth?

Q. Hello Dr. Moore, I have a dental bridge for a missing teeth for past 18 years (front upper). In order to strenthen the present arraingment and for cosmetic looks I was considering an implant not available as option when I did the bridge. Is it a good idea to replace the missing tooth with implant and using this also to support the two teeth around it (originally used to make the bridge) ? Or what would be the best option. Thank you and Best Regards,

A. You would need 1 implant for 1 tooth or 2 implants for 2 missing teeth, this would help with the strength of the teeth at the front of the mouth.

I’m missing two teeth on the bottom right side. Now I have TMJ and I was told a bridge might help. I’m in P. T. right now and have been for two weeks and it seems like its not helping. Can you tell me if I need a bridge or something else?
