Can I have anything done to address my receding gum?
Q. Dear Dr Moore, I have my front top left 1 tooth implanted. My gum has receded up to past the edge of the implanted tooth. I am always worried that when I smile, people can see my receded gum. Can I have anything done to it? Please advise. Thanking you,
A. Yes it might be possible to cover the implant with a tissue graft, if the situation is very bad the implant might need replacing
