Can I get implants despite significant bone loss?

Q.
5 years ago I had cosmetic work on my teeth because old crowns needed replacing etc however I have suffered a lot of pain and discomfort and lost several of my molers
(top) putting additional pressure on other teeth and large gaps at the back, I also have significant bone loss and doubt if implants are now an option unless I have a bone graft? a friend of mine has recently been attending a place in Budapest , they have rebuilt her gums with a type of cement that self levels after 6 months she can then have implants, is it possible to get this type of treatment in the UK and at waht cost?
A.
I think you should go and seek the advice of a surgical implant expert for the latest techniques in bone grafting – I’m not familiar with the process you are describing, although it sounds like a graft using artificial bone
