Can I get implants as a solution to decayed teeth?

Q. hi there i’m 20 years old and due to lack of oral hygiene and a fear of the dentist 4 of my back teeth have just literally chipped away leaving rotten ‘stumps’ in my mouth, this has happened over the course of 2 years and is getting worse. two of my back teeth have been extracted the rest are filled or need to be. i’m too embarrassed to smile. what would you suggest i do? would implants be the best alternative in the long run?,
A. You need to register with a dentist and get these teeth sorted out if left the teeth will become infected, implants may be an option to you, it is difficuilt to advise without taking a look. I am happy to see you for a consultation.

I have 4 rotten teeth and with the state that they are in I’m even embarassed to laugh or smile. Is a normal tooth extraction an option or are there other ways? Can I also get the cost per tooth in rand value. I look forward to your response.

Embarressed to smile and laugh… And it just so happens my front teeth are the worse. I have stoped smoking, and brushing my teeth like close to three times a day and nothing is working.
