Can I get a crown for my front lower teeth that are loose due to a tongue piercing?

Q. my gums at the back of of my two lower front teeth are worn down due to a tongue piercing which i have now removed. These two teeth are loose as a result of this and my dentist advised that a bridge could not be applied, she mentioned implants but not a crown. Do you think it would be possible to have a crown fitted here?,
A. It is difficuilt to advise without taking a look, It sounds like the tooth has become to mobile to treat. I am happy to offer you a free consultion for advise please feel free to contact the surgery.
